Who Is Lindsey Jensen and Clever Kitty Investing?

Real estate investors fall into two categories. Both seek to build a real estate investment business and enlarge their portfolio to create a wealth-producing array of income streams. Both want to enjoy the fruits of what they build. But after that, they break into two categories:

Those who want to sit back and relax or keep building on their own

I’m in the first group. I love solving problems, whether it’s for sellers, buyers, renters, or other investors like you. My portfolio includes about 30 properties and I’m a landlord to over 70 doors. I founded a property management company. In that time I’ve acquired specialized knowledge about various creative deal structures such as property rehabs, subject-to, seller finance deals, and more. I am enjoying what I’ve built and am continuing to grow.

But I also love teaching what I’ve learned to other real estate investors like you – both new and established. I want to pass on what I’ve learned – the systems, processes, knowledge, and expertise gleaned from my own experience as well as what I’ve learned from others like me.
