Hi, I’m Lindsey Jensen — founder of Clever Kitty Investing, wife, mom of two, lifelong real estate learner, and systems-obsessed investor.
I grew up in real estate, helping my dad walk houses, flip properties, and even research addresses on microfiche (yes, that was a thing!). By age 24, I had already bought two homes and became a landlord — all while working as a loan officer and account executive in the lending world. In 2016, I made my first creative finance deal — a 0% seller-financed property — and it changed everything.
Today, I manage a real estate portfolio of over 30 properties and 70+ doors, and I run my own landlord company using master lease strategies and efficient systems I’ve built from scratch.
